My expectations were absolutely exceeded!! You guys did an absolutely fabulous job. Everyone commented on the presentation - and they loved the food! And you're right, the steak and biscuits were a huge hit!
I sat down last night and ate some of the leftovers. I had enjoyed the food Friday night, but I was a little distracted. Last night when I really had the chance to pay attention to the food, I realized just how great it was. The shrimp dish was phenomenal - and I'm a shrimp lover! That's one of the best dishes I've ever had. The pesto 'cheese cake' was wonderful! I gave that to my Yoga classmates Sunday night and they loved that. Me too!
Thanks so much for all of your help! You all really did make the party with all of your suggestions and help - and then with the execution. And I didn't even have to clean up! I'll definitely recommend you. (In fact I already have!)
